Rick is a family friend and has been for many years. When we needed to sell my parent's house, he did everything he could to make the process easy for me. Then shortly after, I needed to see my brother's house. Again, Rick stepped up and handled everything he could. I was in Florida and this made it difficult to be available for showings or even getting the home emptied, cleaned, and ready to put on the market. Rick took care of so many things for me, it significantly limited the number of trips I had to make back to Iowa. For that, I am grateful.
