If you want the best Realtor and least effort you need to contact Janet Reents. She spent more $$ in camera work with an awesome camera man, but it paid off. She not only advised us to up our price for quite more than we expected, but it sold in 5 days, to 2nd showing and for asking price. She gave us advise on what people are looking for and was honest on everything. So, if you really want the most out of your property go for it and give Janet a call.

Sarah is very understanding. She helped us with our very first house purchase and guided us through the whole process. I never once felt like I was asking too many or too dumb of questions. I deeply appreciate people who acknowledge that you don't know what you've never been told, and don't talk down when explaining new things. She is honest, but kind.
