Zlatka was extremely helpful, and stuck with us through a long process. Our property was not in the best shape, so it took a while to sell. She never gave up on us, and even changed realty companies because she felt her clients were better served by the one she moved to (and it worked!). She kept giving us feedback from people who had viewed our home, and made suggestions for us to improve our property to increase its appeal and value. She was even ready to provide numbers for professionals who could help with repairs and improvements that weren't going to kill our budget. She also helped us navigate through the whole process of negotiations, and stuck with us through a very difficult and agonizing sale (issue on the buyer's end). When it came to helping us but a house she was extremely helpful with that as well. She recommended a mortgage company that made the process so much easier and faster than others we'd worked with (or with whom our buyer had worked). She was able to help us negotiate a better deal on our new property which was in a very desirable area, too. I would highly recommend Zlatka to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
