Michelle helped me purchase a home years ago and I was so happy then that I've since referred her to others and decided to use her recently while I built a home. So happy we did. She sat in on all of the builder meetings, kept meticulous notes, kept us all on track and even acted as a mediator when we found discrepancies with what the builder delivered vs. what was promised. Michelle made our part so easy. Building can be emotional and she let us sit back and enjoy the process. If things were getting stressful, she jumped in to take away our stress. Even now, months after we've closed and moved in, she is still providing us with counsel when we've found things the builder has neglected and has set up and accompanied us to subsequent meetings with the builder. She's willing to have the tough conversations so that we don't have to. If you've never considered using a realtor during the building process, reconsider.
