Once we started identifying potential listings, Michelle helped organize virtual tours and spent several hours showing us homes over Zoom. She asked great questions to understand what we valued and made a point to highlight the unique characteristics of each home. Once we selected our final home, she helped negotiate great terms with the seller and expertly guided us through the closing process. With the hundreds of documents that we needed to review and sign, it would have been impossible to do so without her help. I contacted Carrie when I wasn't even close to ready to list my house. To be honest, I never thought I would be able to sell it at all, but she came over to chat about it. She guided me, step by step, on things I need to do to be able to reach my goal. I followed every one of her instructions and she sold it on DAY 1, for over the asking price. She is so professional and she is always out for your best interests! Her process is super easy, and you can do most of the paperwork straight from your phone. Update as of 09/2024: We decided to sell our house and without hesitation we picked Alfonso again. He is the most professional bias for action and attentive to what we needed to get done. I would recomend him as your real state agent for buying AND selling if you want someone that is ethical, professional and kind. Thank you Alfonso! He was willing to go above and beyond for us, making multiple 4 hour trips just to help us find the perfect house for us. You would think with a discounted price you would get lesser quality service but that wasn’t the case here! We saved thousands of dollars and got better service than we could get anywhere else! I can’t recommend him enough!
