If you're looking for a hard working, dependable, knowledgeable and experienced agent, then Michelle Price is the agent for you! Before my husband and I were married, he bought and sold land and homes through Michelle and had nothing but positive experiences with her. Now that I have worked with her, I can personally say that she is extremely professional and works so hard to get her clients what they want and need, on both the buying and selling side of the market. In my experience, Michelle communicated well and very often to keep us up to date and to be certain what we initially wanted had not changed. We recently sold our farm through Michelle and she just made the process so easy. We are now in the process of trying to relocate and she is again working to help us find a house and land that suits our needs. After that occurs, she will then be handling the sale of our home. We couldn't imagine using anyone else for our buying and selling needs because we don't just consider Michelle our agent, we also consider her our friend. Michelle was Fantastic to work with! We were moving from California to Des Moines and needed someone who really knew the market and could be our eyes and ears. Once we started identifying potential listings, Michelle helped organize virtual tours and spent several hours showing us homes over Zoom. She asked great questions to understand what we valued and made a point to highlight the unique characteristics of each home. Once we selected our final home, she helped negotiate great terms with the seller and expertly guided us through the closing process. With the hundreds of documents that we needed to review and sign, it would have been impossible to do so without her help. We’re excited to move into our new home and can’t thank Michelle enough for her help.
