Joel Conner is what I would call the perfect example of the modern realtor. He knows his craft, as well as the Des Moines housing market, inside and out. He's prominent on various social media / technology based channels which extends his reach. He is someone that always "has a guy" when a problem comes up or when something needs to get done. He is kind and helps out with all sorts of things that he has zero obligation to assist with and chooses to be helpful anyways. He kept in touch with me and my wife after we purchased a house with him and we always felt he had our back. It only made sense to work with him again in selling the home with bought with him. Overall, our experience with Joel Conner was amazing and recommend him for all your DSM realtor needs.

Jenee helped me to buy my first house this year. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. She explained things in a way that I was able to understand(young, single, had no idea what I was doing). She was patient with me constantly changing my mind and wanting to look at 8,362 houses (often with very little notice). I have known Joel Conner for many years and have really admired his dedication and passion for real estate. I can’t say a negative thing about Jolene. She is professional, personal, positive and proactive. She does what ever she needs to help you find or sell! She provides great detail and information. She helped us find our first home, took to thought all of our needs/wants and provided her own input she works out every detail with you and really cares about giving you the home that works for you! She feels like an automatic friend too! She has so much care in her heart. She helped us sell our house and even though we were a distance away she worked with us to the end. If there were an All Star team of Realtors Jolene would be the unanimous choice as Captain! Jolene was our agent when we purchased a house here while we were residing in Arizona. She was also responsible for getting our Arizona house sold by gently (well maybe not so gently) telling our Arizona agent to show our house to a couple who felt it was over their price range. Thanks to Jolene they bought it!!! We just purchased a new home and of course wouldn’t think of dealing with anyone else but Jolene. She has a unique way of making you feel like you’re her most important client even though she has MANY. I would highly recommend her to any buyer/seller in any price range.
