Overall my experience was extremely positive with Linda. There were a number of things made it exceptional for me to work with Linda. Linda helped explain all of the steps of the selling process steps in a very easily understood way. Kept staying in great contact along as we went through the closing process on our house. Something that stood out to me personally was while we were in Europe, she helped coordinate many vendor fixes on the house that were requested by the buyer, which made our life so much easier. We are definitely going to have Linda as our buyers agent for our new house.

Michelle is an amazing realtor and went above and beyond to help us find and close on our dream home. We were working with a limited budget and looked at several homes before finding the right one. She fit a ton of homes into a super-tight schedule to make sure we saw everything we wanted, and she even did video walk-throughs when we weren't in the area. She is very knowledgeable about houses and potential problems to look for as well as what potential repairs would cost. Once we were under contract, she helped us wade through a lengthy inspection report and negotiate with the sellers for repairs. She is extremely connected in the Des Moines area real estate circles, which helped move everything along smoothly. She always had our best interests in mind, was a fair agent, and would make suggestions when we needed them. We felt that she went above and beyond from start to finish. Buying a house can be stressful and our last home buying experience had left us dreading having to go through the home buying process all over again, but Dawn made this home buying experience one that my entire family could enjoy. From the beginning we felt as if we were well taken care of. She communicated with us daily so that we always knew what to expect through out the home buying process. She showed up to our walkthrough with the builder to make sure that the smallest repairs were corrected before we moved in so that we felt comfortable and confident about purchasing our new house. She has also kept in contact with us after our home was purchased to make sure that things are going well and to help us handle any warranty issues that have come up. I couldn’t imagine any other real estate agent being able to make home buying as easy as she has. Dawn has showed my wife and I that buying a new house doesn’t have to be stressful, it can be a fun and exciting experience!
