We are impressed by the hustle Dawn showed us throughout the buying process! Communication with results are a rare find in today's service industries. Dawn brought the A game from showing to closing. Just hoping she finds the switch to turn it off for abit and enjoy rewards for her efforts!!! Thx And Yea Dawn !

Susie was amazing in helping us find our forever home! She was super helpful in the process and made sure that we knew exactly what to expect as we were first time homebuyers. She did not pressure us in any way but also was real with us. She is also very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for which helped us out a ton!

We worked with Susie to purchase our first house and she was awesome to work with. I had plenty of first time home buyer questions that she was able to answer. Also very quick in getting back to me, making our home a priority to her. Will work with her in the future for sure!

Nita was a great communicator, was always available to take us to the homes we wanted to see and was instrumental in helping us define just what we were looking for. As a very knowledgeable realtor she walked us through the process and we are now living in a beautiful home closer to our grandchildren. So in a word , excellence!

Susie is the only real estate professional I recommend to my friends in the Polk City/Ankeny area. Excellent, extremely well connected, and she cares about your family and home. So grateful we met her through a listing four years ago.
