My mother had used Dawn to purchase her home 10 years ago. So when I started looking I told her what I was in the market for and within days she had us scheduled to look at several properties. I appreciated her honesty so much through the entire process and her knowledge of the area that I was interested in was phenomenal. If you are in the market to purchase a home I highly recommend giving Dawn Edwards a call!

After interviewing 3 agents Susie was the only one I wanted to sell my house. Not only was she knowledgeable of the market, she cared about my house and the background that I lived and maintained it for 23 years. Never selling a house before she walked me through every step! And asked what I wanted and suggested what she thought after asking for her opinion. She always throughout the process it was clear she was working for me and only me! She is very busy but would always make time even after hours and weekend to address any concerns I had. Don't get me wrong selling a house is very stressful but Susie had my back the entire time. If you want an agent that has your concerns at the top go with Susie and her team! Linda Vadel

There was nothing Patrick wouldn't do to make sure our move out-of-state was successful. We had a challenging timeline with selling our home in Des Moines but Patrick's communication skills were outstanding in helping us navigate every turn along the way. We highly recommend Patrick's real estate services for anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home in central Iowa. He truly goes above and beyond!

I purchased a home in December 2023, I chose a realtor that is principled, honest, hardworking, listens, and could mentor me through this process. I'm a first time home buyer later in life, was riddled with fear, just required a little more "hand holding" than most. Angela was patient, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. I purchased the 3rd house I looked at and moved in one month! Angela was with me every step of the way, for that I am grateful!

Angela sold my Beaverdale home in just a matter of days. Because of her knowledge of the market and her overall expertise in real estate she was able to get me top dollar for my home. She was professional, always accessible and walked me through the entire process as it was unfolding. Angela was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her in the future. If you're in the market to buy or sell a home look no further than Angela Erickson.

Angela was professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer our questions and ease our anxiety throughout our buying process. She knows the market and property values. She was able to assist us in finding dependable roofing, plumbing and radon gas professionals when needed. Highly recommend.

Susie represented me when I wanted to buy a house in Ankeny. I started looking in 2019 and finally bought in 2020, and she was never anything but patient, supportive, and informative!! Then I decided to sell my house in March of 2024- she sold it in 11 days so that I could move on to the next chapter in my life. Both transactions were absolutely flawless through her hard work!! Such good communication and support! I sold a house in Okoboji, an acreage- both experiences were okay, but not fabulous!! Susie will advocate, support, communicate and just be there for you!!
