Michael "Mike" Marino was our realtor for the sale of our 2nd home in Henderson, NV. The home was being renovated prior to putting it on the market. I didn't expect to get the house since there's a lot of traffic and we had to wait outside for the prospective buyers to leave. I had to go back to CA the next day so that same night I made an offer. I thought I had to wait for at least two days to know if my offer was accepted, but the next day she called me to tell me that my offer was accepted. Kelly gave me value for my money! She was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and went above and beyond. I was on vacation and things started heating up with offers and she kept me informed each step of the way. She also met and paid a plumber upfront (I reimbursed her) when a leaky faucet needed repair while I was away. Although she was busy with other clients and offers, I always felt she was just a phone call, text or email away. Her response time was phenomenal! She would point out the bad as well as the good in homes that we saw with her. When we found the home we loved, she was great. Meghan made buying a house so easy. We were first time buyers, had no idea what we were doing but Meghan explained and handled everything.
