We met Kelly Raia at an open house she was hosting in Sun City Anthem. She impressed me that day as someone who has very good knowledge of the Henderson real estate market. She is both genial and professional and in our experience she was totally reliable in assisting us with our purchase through every intermediate hurdle and deadline. She accepted our parameters for our search and provided us many leads that weren’t apparent in internet searches. She didn’t waste our time trying to up-sell or show us houses that didn’t fit our parameters or budget. She also adapted immediately to our evolving requirements as we learned more about specific home styles and about Henderson. She managed the purchase offer and counteroffers well and successfully lobbied for other concessions from the seller throughout the process. Our current residence is in Washington and we weren’t present for much of the purchase process but Kelly ably represented us and handled little details that we couldn’t. She connected us with a good lending company that was quick to approve our conventional loan. Our purchase closed well ahead of deadline, 23 days after the contract was signed, including coordinating several repairs paid for by the seller. As other reviewers have said, Kelly is a stickler for detail, as is necessary in this business, and she responded quickly to our queries no matter the day or time. I have already recommended Kelly to a friend of mine who is moving to the area this year. I don’t imagine we will keep this home too many years, so we will look forward to having Kelly list and sell it for us when the time comes.
