After a horrible experience with a different realtor, I did a lot of research to find someone who would go above and beyond when selling our house. Rhonda Watson is an A+ agent. We shared what we were looking for in a home, and she immediately went to work. She was organized and lined up houses for us to see right away. Rhonda was knowledgeable about the areas of Phoenix and what they had to offer. She also signed us up to receive the latest houses for sale in our email each day. She was always very professional and communicated the details we missed, as we looked at homes. This was very helpful as it can be very stressful when you are house hunting. We met Tami at an open house. We did not have an agent at the time. She was willing to work around our schedules (we both work night shift). She was always updating us on things and addressed our concerns promptly. We found the property we purchased because she went the extra mile to search other neighbors or we would have just skipped it. Not to sound mean but our last experience with a realtor was horrible so working with her was a great experience.

Rhonda helped me purchase a home under construction in AZ while I was living in Alaska. She regularly spoke with the builder and did walk throughs for me. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I was aware of AZ requirements that would affect me. She attended my escrow closing with me to make sure everything went as agreed. Amazing agent and I can’t recommend her enough!
