We met Stephanie back in November when my cousins introduced her to us as their agent. We were interested in purchasing a home in Buckeye and she worked really hard for us. It didn't happen and we didn't think much about AZ again until April. Stephanie contacted us in Ohio and said a home that matched our want list went on the market. Well, that one failed as did the next two until we hit on one in Goodyear. Since we couldn't see the home, Stephanie showed it to us via FaceTime. Luckily we won that one! Since we are "absentee buyer", she bent over backwards to help us and still does! From hiring carpet cleaners, to getting chemicals for the pool, she has gone above and beyond her duties! She always communicates with us. AND, we were able to rent the house until November, through her company. We can't say enough good things about Stephanie! She works extremely hard and we enjoy her professionally and as a new friend.

Tara is absolutely amazing. We met Tara 2021 when we thinking about buying horse property. The market was crazy but Tara was on top of stuff. She was hunting houses that were about to list and checking out any potential ones that might list. Tara would schedule viewings and work with our schedule. Her assistant Jenn is just as quick to follow-up and get things done. We never found a property we loved at that time. But Tara kept in touch and never made us feel we wasted her time. Fast forward to 2022, and our situation changed which allowed us to have a corporate move back east (closer to our families). This move notice occurred quickly. We immediately got in touch with Tara, she redid our comps and got our house listed within a week or so. Her and Jenn were amazing to work with. Our house listed and was under contract by day 3/4... And the contract was over list price with no contingency. The market has definitely changed since it went crazy in 2021. But Tara still got our house sold within days (while others in the area are still sitting on the market). I can't say enough at home fast she was to respond to any need or question we had. The selling process created no stress for us. She is organized, professional, full of integrity, honest, and works hard. She is very knowledgeable about her business (the most knowledgeable I have ever met). If you are looking at buying/selling in the Phoenix area.. Tara is the realtor you need to work with.
