We met Tami at an open house. We did not have an agent at the time. She was willing to work around our schedules (we both work night shift). She was always updating us on things and addressed our concerns promptly. We found the property we purchased because she went the extra mile to search other neighbors or we would have just skipped it. Not to sound mean but our last experience with a realtor was horrible so working with her was a great experience.

Rhonda helped me purchase a home under construction in AZ while I was living in Alaska. She regularly spoke with the builder and did walk throughs for me. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I was aware of AZ requirements that would affect me. She attended my escrow closing with me to make sure everything went as agreed. Amazing agent and I can’t recommend her enough!

Tami was referred to us by my dad, who worked with her to sell his house after my mom passed away. She came highly recommended to us, and after meeting her it became apparent as to why. She was friendly, courteous, and professional, asking all of the right questions to help find out exactly what we were looking for in our new home, as well as taking the time to go over our expectations for each other. Armed with that knowledge she went to work, quickly sending us lots of local listing which matched our criteria. We refined the list to a few houses we wanted to see, and the house hunting began in earnest! It was during this time that Tami showed her true colors, going far beyond any real estate agent we had ever worked with! She used each showing we attended to rate our response and further refine her searches, sending us progressively better results each time based on our responses. It took a few months, but we finally found a house that we wanted to make an offer on. She not only helped us to lock down an offer which the buyer accepted, she walked us through every step of the buying process, explaining everything in a clear manner which left us with no surprises. Every professional service she recommended (financial services, home inspection, movers, etc.) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, though we expected no less from anyone associated with this amazing lady! Once everything was signed, sealed and delivered, she still checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She even gave us a gift which was not only thoughtful, but personal, showing the friendship bond that had formed over the course of our professional relationship!
