Kim has a very caring personality. He TRULY cares about his clients, you are NOT just a commission. Kim helped me price my home properly. We listed it at noon on a Saturday and by 5pm we had 4 showings for Sunday. With Kim’s help my home was professionally photographed, and the words Kim used to describe my home, truly reflected the wonderful aspects and drew people in. Long story short, we had over 5 offers within 36 hours. Kim chose the wonderful title company that was SO organized. Alexis work was exceptional at many levels. at the time I hired her to sell my second house in AZ, it was occupied by a tenant who had trashed the house. I live outside AZ and she went above and beyond helping with all aspects of getting the house ready for sale. From planning on repair-cleaning, inspection when the tenant moved out, and recommending on items to replace. We brought the house to a great shape in a couple of months and listed it at the right market value per her recommendation and had our first offer on day 2 and closed in about 3 weeks!
