Tara's knowledge base, skill, efficiency, and experience came together to sell our home quickly during a difficult life transition. She understood the huge benefit of our PHX house having solar as her background includes extensive knowledge of the solar photovoltaic industry. She gave detailed metrics in regard to data concerning recent home sales in our area and the overall economic woes of the current 2024 interest rates. Throughout our home selling process, Tara was incredibly communicative immediately answering calls, texts, and emails keeping us informed about every development. After pricing, she personally added staging and had outstanding photographs taken of our home. We priced the home based upon her recommendation and received multiple offers prior to the house hitting the MLS. We accepted an offer that day at 40K over asking. Tara demonstrated excellent problem solving with our home inspection and buyer concessions. We closed on schedule with Tara and her excellent team behind us. We highly recommend Tara due to her straight-forward approach, ability to navigate bumps in the road, her integrity, and her results. I personally cannot thank Tara enough for providing support well beyond the transaction. She even went as far as selling and removing furniture for me that I had to leave behind in the house. Tara provided us with her keen insight into the specialized market our home was located in. It was not a rosy picture even though initially we thought we knew better. After reviewing her analysis and reading more about the greater Arizona market we understood our pricing position had to change. We dropped our price and sold the home within 1-2 weeks after finally listening to her sage advice. The final price was slightly lower than what we paid a couple years ago but she was spot on and we received a fair market price in about a month’s time. She also had an outstanding array of quality service providers like her tile and carpet cleaner, handy man for minor repairs, house cleaner, window washer and Title/Closing agents.
