Sheila is a saving grace. Hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors in AZ. She helped me buy, and sell our home! She listened, cared, and found the best solutions. We got a great deal on our new house! From staging, listing, assisting with getting contractors for needed repairs, to pictures, inspections and final document's plus more. She answered all my questions and believe me i had many throughout the process lol. She responds quick and with knowledgeable support. She was our hero and i’m proud to say i will use her for all future realtor services and I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home. To share just a tiny bit of her excellent experience we got the inspection report back on the house we were selling and there were a couple of small items to fix. (door fixed, couple broken shingles, the usual) Instead of having me call each place and get an estimate and book services she instinctively took over the legwork and provided me a estimate that she expects it to cost based off of her many years as realtor and called each company for me to schedule the service. Don’t come for me lol but thinking back on the process i really only had to do about 1 thing on my own wich was call a company as they needed to speak with me directly to have a document released. Everything else she was either there with me or taking it on as our realtor. I can’t say how much stress that took off my plate during this process. I was so lucky to meet Sheila, she knows, she cares, and she was our biggest advocate. THANK YOU SHEILA!!!!
