Tara provided us with her keen insight into the specialized market our home was located in. It was not a rosy picture even though initially we thought we knew better. After reviewing her analysis and reading more about the greater Arizona market we understood our pricing position had to change. We dropped our price and sold the home within 1-2 weeks after finally listening to her sage advice. Suzie was recommended by my sister-in-law when we said we were moving to the West Valley in AZ.
