Let me begin by saying that an event as monumental as selling a house will always be stressful, especially for first timers. Add to that stress a cross country move and the stress begins to compile. We called Suzie three days before we were going to be out of town, and boy did she deliver. She went above and beyond, when we needed someone at the house for a repair and got the house on the market later that week. What I appreciated the most was that they were right on with the price. It was set at what the appraisal came in at and it was sold the second day on the market. There was no highball price to drag out the sale only to be lowered later because of lack of interest. The whole process took us 31 days from the day it was on the market to close of escrow. We are happy and we hope the new home owner enjoys his new home.
