Beth was with me throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have done it without her. From the moment I met her, I knew Beth and I would get along quite famously. I cannot imagine anyone else being more knowledgeable or better qualified to sell a house. She had my back at every turn. I am visually impaired and was unable to read the paperwork that had to be signed. Beth was very patient with me and helped me throughout the entire process of not only selling my home but purchasing one as well. She worked with me and my sister who is my POA, and we got the house sold. During this time, I was hospitalized and had to go to rehab and Beth was there for me at all moments. She went into the house for me on numerous occasions when I could not be there. She helped secure electricians and others that were needed to get the house ready for sale. I will never be able to thank her enough for her knowledge and her caring. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone selling a house.
