Joe is one of a kind to work with, he is the best communicator, extremely intelligent, and will go above and beyond all your expectations. He made our process so seamless and easy and took so much stress off of us. I believe it is really hard to find a realtor that has it all, but Joe has just that! He is kind and so easy to work with, he’s honest and puts everybody before himself, all while possessing incredible skills with home marketing, negotiations, etc. He had everything we needed done immediately. I recently bought my first home, Beth was referred to me , they said she is wonderful to work with. I reached out to her and was so comfortable with her from the beginning. She has answered all my questions and concerns about buying a house. I never felt pressured to buy a certain property, she explained all the concerns about how it all works. Selling/Buying a home can be so stressful. I was so thankful to have these two ladies by our side. They handled everything single detail from getting our house ready for photos, negotiating a deal to organizing needed repairs. The most impressive thing is that they were able to sell my house within a few days and above asking!
