Selling/Buying a home can be so stressful. I was so thankful to have these two ladies by our side. They handled everything single detail from getting our house ready for photos, negotiating a deal to organizing needed repairs. The most impressive thing is that they were able to sell my house within a few days and above asking! Julie was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly smart, passionate, and present during the entire buying process, and was a wonderful guide and support throughout a tough market as a first time homebuyer! She was able to find everything on my needs and wants list, and also get me the best deal possible. Even during the few setbacks we had, she got us through them calmly and efficiently. Julie also recommended us the best insurance and help for the house after the buying process and didn’t leave us feeling alone once the paperwork was signed! She, also, was so much FUN! Zak was the realtor we chose for the selling of our property. He was very knowledgeable, Everytime I had a question he responded very quickly, answered all my questions and was always extremely friendly and helpful! He even went to the house to meet the water company for them to shut of the water and do the last meter reading. He held several open houses untill the house was sold, went to the house to shut off lights when other realtors left them on, he went above and beyond! He made the whole experience effortless on our part, he took care of everything, all the paperwork went very smooth, I can highly recommend him!
