Joe is very passionate and hard working. He was able to sell our home quickly and at the price we requested. He was knowledgeable about comps in the area and arrived prepared. If you're looking for a relator to work hard and give your transaction the appropriate attention it deserves then Joe is your guy. I would recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling. I have worked with Michelle before selling a house and buying a townhouse about 8 years ago. She just helped me sell that same townhouse and buy another house. I appreciate her patience and professionalism throughout the process. She was always calling and updating me on where we were with inspections, paperwork, and everything in that goes into a sale and a purchase.
