We are extremely happy and satisfied after working with Dan to purchase a house and sell our old house. He was extremely responsive whenever we asked questions while we were just starting our process. When we began looking at houses, he was always available when we needed him. We appreciated the fact that he gave his honest opinion as we were going through each house. When the time came to make offers, he also gave very good advice on ways to make our offer stand out. And it worked! Once we had access to our new house, he even helped take over a couple of loads with his truck! During the process of selling our old house, he was very prepared with comparables and a plan to get our house listed and sold within about a week. Before the open house, he helped Carpet Clean the whole house! Once the house went contingent, he took over the maintenance like lawn care and just checking in to make sure the house was safe. Our journey with Dan has ended after he successfully helped us purchase and sell. We hope to never have to move again but if we do, our first call will be to Dan! We would happily recommend him to all family and friends.
