Sherri and Michelle have now helped my husband and I buy 2 homes and sell one, and they’ve made the process so easy - especially with how busy our schedules are to work with. The most recent home we purchased was with a growing family in mind. In the area where we were looking, there were a lot of houses, but many were incredibly outdated. Michelle and Sherri humored us and got us in to every home quickly to see what they were about. As we began getting frustrated with the outdated quality of home we were seeing, they went out on a limb for us to see if the actual home we had our eye on (listed slightly out of budget) had any room to go down. They got us in immediately to see it, we fell in love with it, and they helped us work through a deal that was safely within our budget range. We are a younger couple and, admittedly, don’t always know what we’re doing in the home buying/selling realm- this team makes you feel comfortable asking questions and I know they have our best interests at heart always. I know they aren’t going to put us in a home they wouldn’t let their own kids live in for the sake of commission, and that makes the entire process so much easier- knowing you can trust your realtor team. They both continued to check in after we moved in and always help me with questions at random times- like where do I fill out homestead act paperwork, do you remember where the water shut off valve is, and can you help us find a contractor for the bathroom (the list goes on). I’m sure there are plenty of great realtors out there, but you’d be hard pressed to find a team that’s going to give you the boutique buying experience like they do. You aren’t just a number to these two, and we will be using them for any other realty ventures in our future without a doubt!
