My experience with Joe was incredible. Though the real estate purchase was delayed several times (not by us) and several problems with seller, Joe never gave up and worked every possibility and idea to push through to a positive ending. Even though this purchase was a small one, compared to most houses, he always treated us as if we were his most important clients. He answered every question to the best of his ability and if he didn’t have the answer, he worked to find out. He replied to every text and call ASAP and never left us hanging. He seems to have inexhaustible energy and is always pleasant and friendly. You will not go wrong if you have Joe Ross as your real estate agent.
