We needed a real estate agent and Richard Burgun was referred to us. From the moment he contacted us he was extremely professional. He listened to what we were looking for and the next day we started looking at houses. within just a few days, we found the house we wanted. He was quick and very thorough in putting in our offer. Going back-and-forth with the other real estate agent for the seller and he got our offer accepted. From there, he was prompt with getting everything organized and setting up the closing and now I am the new owner of the home! Richard was wonderful to work with I highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy or to sell .
