Michelle Sausedo is extremely kind, courteous and professional, I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a home! She made the process so easy and is absolutely great to work with. Selling my home seemed like a daunting task but anytime I had a question or a concern she was always available and was so helpful. We were selling our 7th home and buying our 8th when we worked with Kathleen so I have worked with several good, and not so good, agents over the years. Kathleen took the time to really understand what we wanted and help us find it. With the sale of our house she did an amazing job staging it and getting it ready to sell. My teenage daughter asked why it couldn't have always looked like this, it was so amazing! Kathleen made the process of negotiating through inspections as easy as possible and did everything she could to make things flow from listing to closed as smoothly as possible. When our youngest graduates and we decide to downsize, we will definitely be asking Kathleen to list our home and help us find our next place!

I hired Nancy to sell my mother's home in Sun City. She is very experienced, particularly in that market as she lives there. Nancy had some great ideas on how to stage the house and did all the work to get it ready for sale. She did not use high pressure but made it easy to see she could market and sell the property. It was an easy decision to work with her. The house sold so quickly it almost seemed too easy. I highly recommend her.
