Well another smooth transaction working with Lianne Russo Liddell. Lianne does a lot of little things that adds up to a great experience. An example is she sends you a timeline so you know what will happen and when. It has reminders included such as turn on power. Seems simple but when things are hectic a reminder comes in handy. She just goes above and beyond and I appreciate that very much. She has the knowledge and experience that will give you peace of mind when buying or selling a home.
