I would have given Michelle 4.5 stars, but there is no half star rating option. She is extremely accommodating (I work from home) and very good at effectively being the liaison between myself and the buyers (agent)...and staying on top of when I (the seller) needed a response (from the buyers). The only reason for not giving 5 stars is initially (in the paperwork) the buyers put 45 days to close. As deadlines to accept offers are very short, and there had already been a counteroffer in play, Michelle texted me and said they accepted, please go sign....I did. The next day I then read the whole document and saw they (sellers) asked for a 45 day closing. I thought 30 days was standard...my last 3 houses were 30 days. Her reply was that she has seen all lengths of closing dates. And I get that, as she has been an agent for 29 years. I was slightly miffed and felt she should have verbally told me. It all worked out in the end and ended up being right around 30 days. All-in-all, Michelle is great and I absolutely will use her again.

Al'Lea Zamora has been so much more than a real estate agent to my wife and me. We met her years ago when we first considered moving to Arizona, and she helped us find a place to rent. Over the years, she's allowed us to ask her real estate questions and has helped guide us, even when we purchased a home in another state! She was a mentor, an advisor, provided many a reality check, and helped us keep our eyes on the best possible decisions for home concerns. She remained available to us, despite the years of financial difficulties we experienced, and even though she knew we were not able to buy a home. So, finally, all these years later, when we were finally able to buy a home, there was never a question of who would represent us. And I will tell you, you need to be represented, even when buying a new construction home as we did. Please know that we were not inexperienced with real estate agents. The home she just helped us find is the ninth we've purchased. However, not one of the agents we ever used in the past can compare to Al'Lea. It took us over 4 months of intensive searching (we have very particular wants and needs) to find the best option, but she was there for us every step. She was meticulous in her support, and guided us away from making some pretty bad decisions! However, at the end, we couldn't be happier, and most importantly, because we've been blessed to know her. She has become far more than a real estate agent. She is a dear friend who has made our life better by knowing her. I could not recommend her more wholeheartedly, and I know there is nobody I would ever trust or depend on more than her. She is not just our real estate agent for life, she is family!

From the first phone call, Ilene made us feel like we we're more than just clients, she made us feel like we we're family. We felt that she truly had our best interest at heart and that she genuinely wanted to help us find a home that was right for us. She never pressured us, but always kept us informed throughout the process. She never made us feel dumb for asking any type of question or asking the same questions over again. I was truly amazed at her passion and determination throughout the process, especially during the closing process. We closed in 18 days and there were some major hurdles that Ilene overcame with the seller due to her professionalism and experience. If we find ourselves in another situation to buy/sell a house, Ilene will be the first person we reach out to. If anyone we know is thinking about buying/selling a house, we will recommend Ilene in a heart beat. 100/10!

Kathleen Mulligan with Realty ONE was amazing helping my husband and I find our first home! She helped my parents find their most recent home and came highly recommended. As first time homebuyers, we appreciated her patience in answering all our questions, advising us on negotiations, and ultimately helping us close on our first home. She really went the extra mile and was super responsive to texts, emails, and calls. She made sure to advocate for us in some wild multiple offer situations we would not have been able to handle ourselves. Also, not many realtors would show up with your keys, Christmas cookies, and some moving boxes but that’s what Kathleen is like! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house or looking to sell a house. She’s the best!
