Eva has been there for me from when I bought it to when I sold it. She is the best and had been the greatest through the entire process. I highly recommend.

Eva helped me buy my first home, we met and cooperated with each other when VA helped me purchased a home. 3 years or so later, in the middle of a pandemic, I -randomly to her- messaged her on Facebook to see if she's still in the business, and thankfully for us she is along with a partner Lizeth. We were somewhat nervous about selling that same how she helped us find those 3 years ago; yet with their knowledge, expertise, and commitment we were bestowed us guidance that helped us confidently go forward. With their help, we quickly sold the house in a thirsty market. And was on to the next problem, finding a new one! House and showing, after bid and offer, they showed up after so many never losing confidence we'd find something -very- specific to what we'd hoped for. As our patience waned with thay same thirsty market, theirs never did, even able to go to showings on the same or next day to get a head start! In the very end, we are thankful to both Eva and Lizeth for helping us in our time of need, and hope for much success for them. I will recommend them in the future to friends and relatives seeking new homes etc

Eva is knowledgeable and professional. She does a great job a identifying what outcome you are looking for and then driving toward that goal. She helped me purchase and sell and in both cases she exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent.
