Kathleen Mulligan with Realty ONE was amazing helping my husband and I find our first home! She helped my parents find their most recent home and came highly recommended. As first time homebuyers, we appreciated her patience in answering all our questions, advising us on negotiations, and ultimately helping us close on our first home. She really went the extra mile and was super responsive to texts, emails, and calls. She made sure to advocate for us in some wild multiple offer situations we would not have been able to handle ourselves. Also, not many realtors would show up with your keys, Christmas cookies, and some moving boxes but that’s what Kathleen is like! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house or looking to sell a house. She’s the best!

Joni is a must have realtor. She is attentive and hard working. She staged the house and went above and beyond to resolve issues and ensure our house sold. Joni took care of our house as if it were her own which was a huge comfort as we live out of state. Alea is a very reliable and dependable realtor. Shes very flexible on showing time to accommodate the time i was available to see the houses even though shes very busy with her schedule. I think this is the most important value that every realtor has to have especially in this seller Market, house can be off market so quickly. Buyer need to have showing quickly to decide either to put offer or not. Shes very patient through out the process and answered all my questions. In some case I needed her to see houses while i was out of town, and buying was very competitive. Shes willing to do that also. Her opinions were very valuable to my buying decision. I got referred to her from my colleague that also had good experience on her buying process.

VyVy was an amazing realtor! It took us a bit to find the right buyer for our home and she was patient and hard-working through the entire process. Her innovation to come up with new ideas to get potential buyers through the door was impressive. From open houses, to offering different incentives. She was always thinking of ways to help us get sell our home to get to our dream home. When it came time to purchase our dream home she listened to our wants and needs, and delivered options that wowed us everytime. My husband and I worked with Lianne to sell our home. The entire experience was wonderful and very professional. We really appreciated that Lianne hired a professional photographer to capture our home and she offered simple things we could do to make our home more enticing to buyers. Lianne is very knowledgeable but also is very good listener and was able to get everything we wanted in a offer and more. My husband and I both work from home so we had very limited availability to show our home. Lianne was able to work with our tight schedules to show our home and was able to build a frenzy with potential buyers so that we received multiple over asking offers. We would definitely work with her again!
