Kim recently sold an investment house for us and helped us buy a new one, and this may be around the 6 or 7th deal we've done together. I wouldn't use anyone else. We had this house under contract in less than 36 hours, we closed on time and we closed on the new build only one week later with the builder paying my closing costs and buying down my interest rate making a huge difference in the payments.
