When it came to the selling of our old home and purchase of a new, there was no one else we’d trust more than Shannon to represent us. When it came to the selling of our house, Shannon was very knowledgeable of the market and always honest about what was going on. We were always kept us up to date on how things were going and the feedback given. In order to get as many eyes on the house as possible, she made herself available no matter the time of week. During negotiations she fought for us to get the best price and knocked it out of the park. Once that was handled she was diligent and patient when it came to finding us our next place. We had quite a few non negotiables that definitely made the search tricky. Shannon never made us feel like we were asking too much and ultimately helped find us a property we absolutely love. No matter the day or time, she was always available to go check out a house with us and made the hunt that much easier.
