We met Paulette via putting an offer in on a house where she was representing the seller. The seller and buyer (myself) didn't agree on a price so the offer fell through. I wasn't using a buyer agent, because I didn't feel that I needed to spend 3% when I was going to do the work. The biggest investment of your life and you leave it up to someone else - I don't understand that. Anyway we had encountered about 10 seller agents in our search. Paulette was easily our favorite so we decided to hire her to represent us in making an offer on one specific house. We agreed that compensation would be way less then for an agent who ran the buyer around to many houses, and all that. We knew what we wanted and we knew that the work that our buyer agent would have to put in wasn't going to be worth tens of thousands to us. As it turned out Paulette went above and beyond what we expected considering our agreement didn't require all that much from her. - Gold Star

Moving from out of state was a major enterprise and Al’Lea was there for us every step of the way. We had a long escrow and Al’Lea checked in with us frequently just to see how we were doing & if we had any questions. She worked seamlessly with the AZ escrow officer and even explained things the escrow officer in TX didn’t address. Her advice when home shopping was invaluable as were not very familiar with the area. She was an an absolute gem.

Ivana was great to work with; her professionalism and design capabilities helped stage the house that showed very well and we received lots of positive feedback from all the agents that showed the house to their clients and how great the house looked. She helped us make the decisions on how to price the house correctly and to show the house. The home sold quickly and very close to the asking price, which again is because of Ivana's ability to understand the market and her help to come up with the right price to sell quickly in this challenging market.
