We got approved for a way higher loan but wanted a cheaper fixer upper to grow our family in. He helped us find a great house in a great neighborhood! Ilene was knowledgeable, and professional from the very beginning. She was realistic about expectations for value and selling time frame, and she marketed the property very well. We went under contract very quickly compared to other homes in the neighborhood, and at a fair value. During escrow multiple issues came up and she was able to help us navigate them successfully throughout the whole escrow and we closed. I would highly recommend her, she knows her stuff and is very pleasant to talk to and work with.
