Words can't describe how wonderful it was to have Kim help me with selling my mom's estate. I live out of state but Kim helped me to take care of everything. A few repairs were needed and she had experienced contractors onsite to make the repairs. Kim communicated throughout the entire process. I was never left wondering what was going on and what the next steps were.
