We were moving from MI to AZ. We are originally from Southern CA and have been to AZ frequently but never lived there. We were unable to make a trip to find a rental in person. I found Gordon through a property he was advertising. He was able to easily find homes for rent and send them to us for review. He gave insight on the areas we would and would not want to live in and offered his assistance in many ways due to us not being able to go see the properties in person. He was quick with follow up once we found a home we were interested in and subsequently followed up with us after we got the home to offer any help we may have needed. He checked in once we arrived to ensure everything was good. We really appreciated his assistance and don't believe we would have been able to find a home that met our requirements without it.

After the closing Ira has been extremely helpful. I returned to the midwest and Ira has met with cleaners, furniture delivery, and service provides to let them in and verify their work.
