They communicated with me each step of the way and provided so much assistance by contacting a local charity and coordinating the pickup to getting a great house cleaning team to my house on Labor Day! Drew also coordinated the few repairs for me while I was out of town. They made the entire process very stress free and I can’t thank them enough for making everything as easy as possible, on me. Oh, and my house was on the market less than a day and I received a large amount over the asking price.

Chintal is an excellent realtor. I have dealt with other realtors in the past but nothing comparable to how Chinatl has walked us through the entire process of advising which property to but but till the house was bought and rented. She made sure to be present at every major appountment and guide us on the stuff which we would have never thouhgt. She want out of way to remove the challenges that we faced while procuring the loan and kept mediating between us and loan provider. Once the house was closed, Chintal made sure that our house get rented by listing right on the time and screening the right candidates and then finaliizing the best one. So far she is the best in trade realator, I have met!!! I strongly recommend her.

Finding a rental property proved to be extremely difficult. After rarely receiving call backs or homes being rented within hours, we came across a property Gordon was representing. He was very helpful, was in constant communication and pushed for us through the deciding property manager. We were in the house within days! Even after all was said and done he checked back to make sure everything transpired smoothly. When we’re ready to buy, we will definitely come back to Gordon. Michelle is one of the kindest person we have ever met. She has sold 2 houses for us. She staged both houses for us and made both houses look like model homes. the day we were moving out of our first house, our dog got sick. We were still packing, so Michelle took our very sick dog to the vet for us. She saved his life. When our second house was for sale, we put most of or personal thing in the garage. We had already moved out of state. Michelle got a call that our water heater out in the garage was leaking. She took care of moving all the wet boxes out of the garage so that we could get everything dried out and repaired. There are no words to describe what a wonderful person she is. She takes care of everything to help make the buying and selling process easy.

Mary helped us buy our house when we first moved to Arizona, and so it was an easy decision to ask her to help us sell our house when it came time to move out of state. It is so important to have an agent who answers the phone when you call; or return your call promptly and Mary did just that.
