Katrina listed our home on Monday, and by Sunday, we had a full price offer! Her knowledge of our neighborhood, realistic pricing, and hiring an excellent photographer categorized our home as a "hot home" which allowed for many showings...sometimes three a day. She is a consummate professional and cares about her clients. Clearly, the hard part of a home sale comes after the offer, and she guided us through all the stressful inspections and little blips along the way. She was always accessible- quick to respond immediately to our questions. I recommend her unequivocally; if you choose her as you realtor not only will you get the best price for your home, your experience will be pleasant and stress free.

Sarinah is one of the good realtor I know. She was very responsive and helped us in not just showing ample properties but in smooth transitioning to new home as well. In a very fast moving "seller's" market, Debra has been ahead of the curve. She is in constant communication with you, she gets you to the places of interest. She does not take "no" as the final answer. Debra is very informative and responds quickly to any questions asked of her. We can not say enough good about Ira Fronk. #1- he is from my home state of North Dakota and grew up 17 miles from me! #2. Ira is very professional being extremely prepared each time we met. #3. He listened to our requests and showed us homes that met our wish list. #4. He was very responsive. Each time I called him or texted him, he got right back to me. #5.
