Great experience
We had a great experience working with Gordon. Me and my husband were relocating to a new area and Gordon helped us find the perfect house for our family. He was very patient checking every house we were interested in and gave us an honest opinion. We end up choosing a house based on seeing the house in a video call with Gordon and the house was above our expectations when we saw it in person. Thanks for being so honest Gordon, patient and professional. Looking forward to work with you again.

A Consummate Professional
I found Ms Stapley to be professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help a first time buyer to wade through the many pitfalls of the buying experience. We started looking on a whim and she was able to speak on the condition and status of those properties which we were reviewing. Saved us many hours of time and effort by avoiding those properties that would not have been able to meet the requirements of the conventional loan system. I would refer anyone looking to make a purchase in this market to her.

Greating Buying experience
Chintal helped me with purchasing investment property. Her real-estate insight and experience was a key factor in finding a great investment property. We had provided our budget and took care of rest in finding the house. She also listed house for rental and helped in finding a renter with standard listing fee.
