Ira was a great help, and was outstanding to work with. Would recommend to a friend without a heartbeat. He actually was helpful with questions with the house I was selling elsewhere. He was helpful in setting up utilities, manned the walkthrough and was just there for any problems and/or questions I had. He sure knows what he is talking about and gives great advise when asked. He was not the original relator I called, that one was busy on the day I wanted to look at homes, so I was given Ira's contact and was happy how that worked out.
