Lacey was extremely knowledgeable about the market. She would provide weekly video reports on how our listing was doing in comparison to others. It was nice getting such thorough updates on our listing when we were feeling anxious on whether or not our house would sell. We got a couple offers and she was great in offering her opinion when asked, and not pushing us to make decisions one way or another. In the end, we went under contract and the process thereafter went extremely smooth. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome during a questionable market.

Zack helped us get our house sale ready, more than we could have hoped for from a realtor. He guided us through the must haves to really make our house stand out from others and helped with every single part of that process. Our house never even went live on the MLS because of Zack's guidance and we received an offer day one of starting the listing for active status.
