We were very happy with our experience with Ira. He worked with us over two years and did an outstanding job educating us on the Phoenix valley and its many suburbs. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to be and if we were interested in a neighborhood or 55+ community with amenities. Ira was very patient with us during our education process and did a beautiful job outlining pros and cons of all the areas we visited. We live in Oregon.
