Julie was amazing. As a first time home buyer, she explained everything very well and in great detail. She is super responsive and will not pressure you into any offers unless you are very comfortable with the offer. She is extremely professional and works very well with others throughout the entire process from beginning to end. It's rare to work with a person who can excel at every important metric. Julie is definitely one of those people. When working with Julie, I never felt pressured into anything - she always followed my lead. She was straight with me when she thought I was offering too much, but let me make the decision and went with the same energy and rigor no matter what. She encouraged me to keep going despite how difficult the current Bay Area market and her positive attitude made a world of difference when I was ready to give up. Also - she is so on top of her process game that there were times I felt like she wanted a house more than I did! I had a hard time getting myself together, but she was ready for everything and anything. She is always available at a moments notice and gives her clients the TLC they deserve no matter what is going on for her. One very important thing: if you feel she isn't doing right by you, she is open to feedback and she makes adjustments as necessary. Just be honest with her, and she will do the same for you. That is Julie's way. Highly recommend!

He is an authentic human being who and went far beyond the usual tasks providing us with support and appropriate action when the going got rough we hit some serious bumps. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase (or sell) a home strongly consider Christine Lau. Christine is one of the smartest, kindest most sincere people I've ever known and was an absolute pleasure to work with during what can be a really stressful event. As a first time home buyer, there are a ton of firsts and things to learn along the way. Christine did a phenomenal job of educating my wife and I throughout the entire process, from writing a letter to the buyer, to calculating the specifics of our offer, to working with our bank, to dotting all i's and t's all the way through escrow and closing. Further, she would always illuminate the next steps so that we were always ready for the next milestone. An added bonus was the time her husband Michael was able to contribute. Michael is a long-time property manager in downtown San Francisco for some very prominent sky rises and was able to offer his expertise on a number of areas prior to making an offer. Finally, yet most importantly, we really felt that Christine always had our backs and we trusted her implicitly. Prior to working with Christine, we met with many other experienced brokers, but we never felt the level of trust and confidence like we experience with Christine. Hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon, but if we find ourselves in the home market again, we will definitely want to work with Christine again!

Joe is a great guy. As a first time home buyer, I locked on to a condo that was a perfect fit. Joe helped me defy the odds of getting the home I wanted. After a late night phone call, Joe set up an early walk through of the condo the very next day. With 3-4 bids placed after the open house, Joe enabled me to make informed decisions to be in the top 2 bids. Even though I was the lower bid, Joe was my biggest advocate. Joe's personal skills created a great dialogue with the selling agent. I believe Joe's insight and perceptiveness is what enabled me to formulate a winning counter offer. For anyone buying a home you need an agent who is responsive and has an acute attention to detail, this will make the process smooth and efficient for you. Buying a home is an intimidating process and some people may think it is not possible for them. I feel so lucky that I had Julie Bekerman-Singh as my realtor for a number reasons. If there is any stereotype that realtors have that come to mind, Julie would surprise you as she does not fit in any 'box'. I had coffee with her nearly two years before my home purchase to get an idea of what to expect during the process and to get a feel if I would like to work with her. Julie never pressured us in any way (I've heard of some nightmare stories!) and when we were ready, she gave us all the tools and knowledge we needed to start looking at homes. She educated us so we could be self sufficient in details that some people may not know when buying a home. This made us feel like we were protected and in very good hands. One of the biggest strengths Julie has is making herself available 24/7. Any time we saw a home and we wanted information on it, we would send it to her with a response right away. She made it so easy working with our schedules and making sure we got to see every home that caught our eye. Our home was not easy to come by, but with Julie's determination, we got our offer accepted and she made sure the rest would go smooth with no hiccups. Even after our closing, she would still check on us and provide answers to my questions so quickly. I will be referring her to my friends and family and I will be proud to do so. We now have a beautiful home because of the hard work and dedication she put in to get us there and we are so grateful!
