Khalid is simply the BEST. He is everything you want in your realtor to be and more. He is extremely knowledgeable, prepared and truly has your back. He took care of every last detail of the process from getting us the right house, to walking us through the oftentimes tedious and confusing paperwork. We had a very stressful transition to get the house closed on time...Khalid was truly there for us guiding us every step of the way, often jumping in on his days off - calling us while on vacation, to help deal with random issues or to just talk to. Angelica was very professional, yet engaging. She found us homes in our price range paying particular attention to amenities we preferred. Keeping us informed through the entire process. I am a first time home buyer and Sadie Wong is excellent! She's knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, reliable, quick to respond and very honest. She made the scary process of buying my first home calm and assuring. It took six months for me to find my ideal home and throughout the process she stayed task focused, patient, and informative. We ran into a few snafus and the inevitable offer declinations but she kept my spirits up and helped me move on and stay focused on the big picture of purchasing a home I loved. This being my first home purchase, a lot of terms and procedures were unfamiliar to me. Sadie took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the way. I trusted Sadie a 100% and she did not let me down. When we ran into some snafus, Sadie researched the issue and came to solutions that were both easy to execute and fair.
