We met her at a local coffee shop and sat for hours talking about our forever home purchase. She sprang into action, finding listings and making appointments for the coming weekend of house hunting. That weekend our lives changed for the better. We looked at 5 homes and fell head over heels for our new forever home. We are 1st time home buyers and, she very carefully outlined the steps and explained all of our duties to carry out these steps that made us homeowners. She was very thorough and very attentive to our needs no matter what time of day. Liz always asked us if we had any questions and if we did, to call her anytime. She helped ease the stress that we encountered along the way in this especially long journey because of all of the constant changes and delays due to COVID-19 SIP mandates. Liz was simply incredible from start to finish! Where do we start? We were in a very unique situation as we had to sell our house in California while living in Texas and we had some very challenging tenants. Liz was patient throughout the entire process and she was extremely helpful every step of the way. Meeting the photographer, coordinating multiple maintenance appointments for repairs and showings with the tenants present. She truly went above and beyond! We were able to get above asking price and in a multiple offer situation much sooner than we anticipated. I don't know what we would have done without Liz guiding us every step of the way.
