My wife and I had to leave town a month before putting the house on the market, so Cary stepped up and scheduled all the cleaning, painting, staging etc. He also had incredible knowledge of the area and briefed us on what to expect throughout the sale process, which really put us at ease. We felt comfortable knowing he was our Realtor and had the integrity to take care of things for us, which he did. We ended up having multiple offers on the house, so Cary walked us through the options and helped us decide on what was the best decision. Mr. Cary Amo is a an excellent agent with critical knowledge of the market. He is very accurate and up-to-date in analyzing the market trends. His insights and judgments are very thoughtful and practical. I have a learned a lot about buying and selling properties, apart from selling our condo at very a good price and buying our dream house. it wasn't to find a house for a couple with quite unusual specifications ( or conditions). They range from big backyard to some very traditional and religious ( irrational?) stipulations. Mr. Cary successfully found us a home of our eccentric specifications within our shoe-tight budget. Surprisingly, we got our very first offer letter accepted and bought the same house. Mr. Cray's understanding of the market and his ability to read the seller's expectations made this possible. His meticulous planning, quick response to the developments and his constant briefing of the situations made the process of buying our home quick and easy. And, he is amazingly tech-savvy.

Cary did an excellent job selling my townhouse. He brought me a cash offer above asking price, what more could a seller ask for?
