Lisa was our agent for selling my Dad's house. Because we live about an hour away, Lisa had to take care of staging the house, including pulling old broken refrigerator to the side walk and managing the landscaper. She positioned the price of the house very well, and got us two competing offers, both over the asking price. She was very respectable to our tenant who was living there and managed to show the house and sell it before the tenant even moved out. I don't know what more can you ask for from an agent. 06/26/16 Vivian is the best you can get in the world of realtor agents, she is patient, honest, very helpful in teaching you the process of buying a home etc..... I am still working with her in getting into the right home since the first one didn't come through for me but I know putting our intention out there, the right one will be there for me.
