Tao is a miracle worker! We were working with a new build purchase based on a contingency sale of our home. The builder was about to end our contract due to our home not selling in a timely manner, but they referred us to Tao as a last chance. They literally gave us 3 weeks to get it done and Tao performed magic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process, was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process less stressful! Tao has helped me and several of my family members with buying and selling homes. Each time, the outcome was in our favor and we couldn’t be happier.
