Tao is a miracle worker! We were working with a new build purchase based on a contingency sale of our home. The builder was about to end our contract due to our home not selling in a timely manner, but they referred us to Tao as a last chance. They literally gave us 3 weeks to get it done and Tao performed magic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process, was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process less stressful! I’d give more stars if I could!

Tao has helped me and several of my family members with buying and selling homes. Each time, the outcome was in our favor and we couldn’t be happier. Tao takes the time to explain and answer all questions that one could have about the buying or selling process. We were first time home buyers so we were nervous because we had no idea what we were doing, but with Tao, we bought our house and we felt confident that we got the best deal we possibly could. Tao is super professional and ensured I got the house I wanted at a price I can afford! He worked to get me almost no downpayment through seller credits and that allowed me to buy a house.
