Dora is a person that you can easily work with. She’s trustworthy, kind, a helpful person. She made sure she was always available for any questions we may have had at any time of the day. She also knows the Bay Area well. She is knowledgeable of her profession and has many years of experience. Dora knows how to communicate and share that knowledge with her clients. We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell.

It was a pleasure working w/Vivan on the sell of our 3rd home. Vivian was committed and very proactive in getting our home sold. The market was challenging and she used her skills and knowledge to make it happen. She not only walked us thru the process, we felt she was working for us and it was not all about how much she would make from the sell. She was very organized and responsive, even when it was out of her work hours. We would recommend her with a thought.

I felt the sale of my place was soooooo easy & stress free! My time and trouble were minimal, and anytime I needed to communicate, Tao was very quickly responsive. He was patient with questions, knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating to my requests. I also appreciated that though he was interested in being hired, he was in no way obnoxious or pushy; that’s important to me. I recommend Tao for his helpfulness, his efficiency and his competence. I’m certain you’ll be as happy as I was with his service!

Tao is simply the best in the game. His expertise is evident from the very beginning of the process. He has excellent negotiation skills and creates some of the strongest offers which eventually led to us buying the home of our dreams. He does not pressure you whatsoever in any way. He will be honest and forthcoming with everything. If he thinks a house is not good for you, he will give you his opinion - which we really appreciated because he is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. I have recommended Tao to my cousin who is now working with Tao after seeing how happy we were. I would absolutely, 100% recommenced Tao to my family and loved ones. We put all of our trust and faith in Tao and he did not disappoint. We have chosen Tao as our one and only real estate agent. When we decide to buy or sell again, we won’t hesitate to call him and neither should you. THANK YOU TAO!!!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Tao and his team. My husband and I were first time home buyers and buying your first home can be very intimidating but Tao made it the opposite. From the break down of each step, to the constant check in he never overwhelmed us which made it that much easier to buying our home. He was by our side for everything and we are truly thankful and blessed to have him as our realtor. I would recommend to my friends and family to purchase their first home or even fifth home with Tao Sabella. We are now home owners to a place we call our own and to make memories each and everyday.

I have known Cary, both professionally and personally, for over 25 years. He has represented me as the seller as well as the buyer on several property transactions. On this most recent property, Cary was extraordinarily skilled in facilitating and handling the entire 1031 Exchange activities. His knowledge and meticulous follow-thru throughout the whole process resulted in a successful outcome, despite external challenges and flaws from the financial institution funding the purchase. Cary was a pleasure to work with and I especially value his integrity, honesty and professionalism in his dealings.
