Tao recently helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. We started looking in late 2020 and finally had an offer accepted in April 2021. Anyone that spent time shopping for a home during that time frame knows that is wasn't the easiest time to purchase, especially for first time home owners. The entire process of buying a home can be a bit overwhelming especially during your first rodeo. Having an agent that is; knowledgeable, responsive and an educator, can make all difference. Fortunately for us, to say Tao was; "knowledgeable, responsive and an educator" would be a severe understatement in all three categories. Tao provided us a service with expertise in the entire field especially in regard to personal relations. Knowing that our agent actually cared about us brought us a level of assurance that all buyers should have. We had A LOT of questions, Tao never made us feel like we should have known something, his responses were always thorough and presented in a way where I could explain back to him what he just told me. What I appreciated most about Tao was the amount of patience and support that he provided through this process. It was difficult for us at times, the only offers being accepted were consistently well over asking. Tao would remind us not to get frustrated and keep a positive mind set because OUR home was coming. Sure enough it did!! We would reccomend working with Tao to all our friends and family.
