We had a number of challenges in he way as a realtor. He was always so kind and calm no matter what challenge he had to over come or confusion caused by my not reading the e-mail closer, to make sure we all were moving forward together. He made sure we understood what we needed to weigh, what to expect and what the different offers meant to us as the sellers. He help us keep the house safe and even moved the garbage cans out for me at closing so the garbage company could pick them up. He worked with me telling what we needed in order for me to use POA to sign for my mother a part owner in the house. He was so patient when asking for the third time for a form he needed to seal the sale. Always supportive and positive. A pleasure to work with this man.

Phil (and wife Sara) are a great team. Phil has a great sense of house quality, upkeep and maintenance, and the relative value of the home you are looking at as compared to the neighborhood. Both are patient and responsive. We had very specific requirements and they were good at finding the right places for us to see.

They helped us to understand the current market in an area with which we were unfamiliar. Phil especially showed unmatched class and integrity during the early stages of the process despite unprofessional and rude behavior displayed by our first potential buyer's agent. During the sale, Phil held us on a steady course, and his relentlessly positive, easygoing, and approachable demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. His sense of humor made a typically tough transaction seem almost fun. We felt he was very knowledgeable and well-versed in the East Bay real estate market and he will be our first choice for future representation. Make him your first choice too.
