In my opinion, you could not select a better realtor than Cary Amo. He was extremely helpful and patient with me when I bought my first home in 2002, and I never considered anyone else when it came time for me to sell in 2019. I'm very pleased Cary was still in the area and still in the business 17 years later! Cary helped me in every step of the process from cleaning and redecorating all the way through to assisting me with the voluminous paperwork at closing. There seems to be nothing he doesn't know about this complicated process. He's a real estate wizard and a very honest and courteous gentleman. I recommend Cary Amo as a realtor absolutely and without reservation.

As a first time home buyer I learned just how many nuances there are from inception to completion of the home buying process. Having Cary Amo as my realtor, however, made the process look easy. Cary is extremely knowledgeable and was very responsive every step of the way. Most importantly, he was someone I could trust. Cary would thoroughly scrutinize all disclosures for each home we considered for any pitfalls I may have missed and gave me a simple few bullet summary of what I needed to know and ultimately recommended or unrecommended moving forward. This helped instill confidence when finally arriving at the home I purchased that it was "Cary approved". Additionally, Cary is very data-driven and knows his numbers, able to give us a real time pulse on the market and was instrumental in helping negotiate an accepted offer. Cary is also well connected, having recommendations for the inspections I needed to do and for contractors that could assist with my remodeling needs. I would highly recommend Cary Amo to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and will definitely use him again when ready to sell mine in the future.

Tao was incredible on our quick sell. My wife and I were worried about moving so quick due to an a job relocation. Tao was great. Our house was up for 2 days, we had 2 offers and it sold and closed quickly and without any hassle. Tao took care of our every worry and need. Highly recommend!!!

Patient and listens to what you want. I needed proper fencing for my fur babies and he made sure to drive there to scope the places out beforehand to make sure it was worth my while. He is from the area better so is knowledgeable on area demographics. Highly recommend this young, hip cool guy!
