Patient and listens to what you want. I needed proper fencing for my fur babies and he made sure to drive there to scope the places out beforehand to make sure it was worth my while. He is from the area better so is knowledgeable on area demographics. Highly recommend this young, hip cool guy!

Tao was simply incredible with helping us get the house we wanted. We've worked with Cary Amo many times, most recently to purchase a condo in Walnut Creek He is super knowledgable about the local market in all respects: comps, best location, tradeoffs, even the local realtor sales approaches to expedite a reasonable bid process. He lends expertise whenever asked, and is great at explaining each step in the process. He is amazing in patience and giving of his time to get the best property possible.
